This Auction Requires 'bidder approval' before being allowed to place bids.  First, login with your bidder number and password, then click on "Request Approval to Bid".  We will then contact you to get you approved ASAP or you can simply call our office for bid approval.  CALL NOW!  We can also walk you through placing your first bid on the new software.  You can even make an appointment to bid from our office the night the auction is closing!

NOTE: Max Bids are NOT Available on Multipar Auctions, the bid you place will be shown as an instant bid to the full amount of the bid placed.

Combination Bidding: On this Auction you will be able to bid on Tract 2 and 3 as a ‘Combination Bid’. If a combination bid is placed, the individual tract bidders will be able to bid against the combination bidder. Please call if you have any questions and ask for Dave or Drew. You can also make arrangements to bid from our office on the night the auction is closing!

To place a bid on a tract, you can click on the map (or the tract's description below the map) and the tract will highlight in blue.  You can place combination bids on multiple tracts at once by selecting each tract on the map.  Please confirm what tracts you have selected before placing a bid.

When clicking the green "Request Bid" button after selecting a tract, the website will automatically fill in the next bid required to be the current highest bidder on the tract (or combination of tracts).

If you are the current highest bidder for a tract, the tract will be highlighted green on the map.  If you've placed a bid on a tract, but are not the current highest bidder, the tract will be highlighted in red on the map.
