This is an online only auction that begins closing on MONDAY, November 11 at 5:00pm!  The entire auction will take approximately 1 hour to close and closes at a rate of 1 item per minute. This auction will feature our automatic Group Extension.

There is a 13% BUYER'S PREMIUM on this Auction when paying with a credit card/debit card/PayPal, but will be discounted to 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM if paying with cash or a check. (Which means if you bid $10 you will be paying $11).

6% Sales Tax will be added to all items purchased. If you are exempt from paying Sales Tax (farm, use, resale, etc.), you will need to fill out an Exemption Form.

Auction company cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The auction company, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots (or the entire auction) that were affected by any malfunction or for any other reason. The decision of the auction company is final.

M46 CHECKOUT DATES:
Tuesday, November 12 from 9am to 5pm
Wednesday, November 13 from 9am to 6pm
Thursday, November 14 from 9am to 6pm
Friday, November 15 from *9am* to 3pm

SHIPPING: Most small/unbreakable items may be shipped for a fee (Shipping and handling charges will be added.). Please call for shipping information by Tuesday @ 5:00 p.m., following the auction.

STORAGE: If you are not able to pick up your items during a scheduled checkout day, please call to make payment and have your items placed in storage. Minimum $5 fee for a small single item, (i.e. Hand Tool) or $10 minimum fee for a furniture piece/larger item including outdoor items. NOTE: Multiple items will incur multiple fees. If you do not contact us and your auction items are not picked up by the last scheduled checkout date, the storage fee will be automatically added to your invoice, and your card on file will be charged for the full invoice total and/or storage fee. Your paid items will be stored for 14 days. If they are not picked up within this time, you will be forfeiting ownership of your stored items to Albrecht Auction Service. Albrecht Auction is not responsible for lost/stolen items that are not picked up during our regularly scheduled checkout dates.

Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Michigan Check (with Driver's License), PayPal or Visa/MC/Discover. NOTE: No Credit Card payments or PayPal will be accepted on individual items selling for over $2,500.00. PayPal online invoice payments cannot be accepted for firearms or ammunition. No out-of-state checks will be accepted. No personal checks written for over $500 will be accepted - unless the buyer is known by Albrecht Auction. Please call our office for check approval.
