This is an online auction held at 2180 Froede Rd, Caro, MI  48423 (Tuscola Co.), that begins closing on MONDAY, October 21st, at 5:00pm at a rate of 1 item per minute! This auction will feature our automatic Group Extension.

There is a 3% BUYER'S PREMIUM on this Auction when paying with a credit card/debit card/PayPal, but will be discounted to NO BUYER'S PREMIUM if paying with cash, check, cashier's check, or wire transfer. Personal and Business checks over $1000 must have current Bank Letter of Credit unless known by the Auction Company. No out of state checks unless prior approval by the Auction Company! All payments must be received by October 22nd unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company.

NO SALES TAX will be charged to items selling in this one owner equipment auction.

The auction company, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots (or the entire auction) that were affected by any malfunction or for any other reason. Albrecht Auction will be at the auction site during checkout to collect payment and to assist with load out.  Some larger items may be picked up by appointment with the owner, but Arrangements Must be Made and Items Must be Paid for by 2 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22nd.  Please make every effort to pick up on the scheduled checkout days!

It is the Buyer's Responsibility to pick up their own items or make Arrangements for Hauling.

From the North end of Caro, head East on E Deckerville Rd for 39 Miles then turn South on S Lakeshore Rd (M-25).  Follow along for 14.7 Miles then turn right (West) onto Aitken Rd.  The Location will be 0.3 Miles on your right hand side (North Side of the Road)
