October 29th (Tuesday) Firearm and Sporting Goods Online Auction

Please Read if You Plan on Purchasing a Handgun: Per New Michigan Firearms Regulations, Customers WITHOUT a CPL License Must Obtain a Michigan Purchase Permit (RI-010) from Their Local Sheriff's Office and Present This Permit to Albrecht Auction Before Time of Purchase/Pickup (Valid for 30 Days).  Customers WITH a CPL License Must Present their Valid Michigan CPL License to Albrecht Auction Before Time of Purchase/Pickup.  Albrecht Auction Will Complete a Firearm Sales Record (RI-060) to Register the Handgun, which Will be Turned into the Appropriate County Sheriff's Department.

Appointment Will Need to be Made Before Picking Up Any Firearm.

A Firearms Sales Record (RI-060) Will be Completed for All Long Gun Purchases by Albrecht Auction and Turned into the Appropriate Sheriff's Department. 

There will be a $5 processing fee assessed for any firearm purchased. A NICS Background Check is Required at time of Pick-Up.  If you are between the age of 18 and 20, your background check will automatically be delayed.  FIREARM TRANSPORT LAWS: Federal and State Law Require that Firearms MUST BE Trigger-Locked or other Device Designed to Disable a Firearm and Prevent the Discharge of a Firearm OR in a Gun Case or Storage Container that can be Secured to Prevent Unauthorized Access to the Firearm when Being Transported.  Please bring either a trigger lock or a secure gun case for each gun that you purchase. PayPal cannot be accepted for any Firearms or Ammunition.
