There will be a $5 processing fee assessed for any firearm purchased. A NICS Background Check is Required at time of Pick-Up. If you are between the age of 18 and 20, your background check will automatically be delayed. FIREARM TRANSPORT LAWS: Federal and State Law Require that Firearms MUST BE Trigger-Locked or other Device Designed to Disable a Firearm and Prevent the Discharge of a Firearm OR in a Gun Case or Storage Container that can be Secured to Prevent Unauthorized Access to the Firearm when Being Transported. ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT: Cash, Michigan Check (with Driver's License), or Visa/MC/Discover. No Credit Card Payments will be accepted on individual items over $2,500.00. No out-of-state checks will be accepted. No personal checks over $500.00 will be accepted - unless the buyer is known by Albrecht Auction. Please call our office for check approval. WE CANNOT ACCEPT PAYPAL PAYMENTS FOR FIREARMS. When you come to checkout, please be ready to present your user number to the office worker.
