A Firearms Sales Record (RI-060) Will be Completed for All Long Gun Purchases by Albrecht Auction.
There will be a $5 processing fee assessed for any firearm purchased. A NICS Background Check is Required at time of Pick-Up. If you are between the age of 18 and 20, your background check will automatically be delayed. FIREARM TRANSPORT LAWS: Federal and State Law Require that Firearms MUST BE Trigger-Locked or other Device Designed to Disable a Firearm and Prevent the Discharge of a Firearm OR in a Gun Case or Storage Container that can be Secured to Prevent Unauthorized Access to the Firearm when Being Transported. Please bring either a trigger lock or a secure gun case for each gun that you purchase. PayPal cannot be accepted for any Firearms or Ammunition.

Sanilac Rd, Vassar, MI 48768 (Tuscola Co.) that begins closing on TUESDAY, September 24th, at 6:30pm at a rate of 3 items per minute! This auction will feature our automatic Group Extension.
A 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM will be added to all items purchased. If you are paying by cash or check, the buyer's premium is 10% and becomes part of the purchase price and will be reflected on your invoice. (Example: If you winning bid is $10, you will be paying $11). If paying by credit card there will be a 13% BUYER'S PREMIUM.

ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT: Cash, Michigan Check (with Driver's License), or Visa/MC/Discover. No Credit Card Payments will be accepted on individual items over $2,500.00. No out-of-state checks will be accepted. No personal checks over $500.00 will be accepted - unless the buyer is known by Albrecht Auction. Please call our office for check approval. WE CANNOT ACCEPT PAYPAL PAYMENTS FOR FIREARMS. When you come to checkout, please be ready to present your user number to the office worker.
