This is an online auction held at 1401 Cleaver Rd, Harbor Caro, MI 48723 (TUSCOLA CO), that begins closing on MONDAY, July 15th, at 5:00pm at a rate of 1 item per minute! This auction will feature our automatic Group Extension.
There is a 13% BUYER'S PREMIUM on this Auction when paying with a credit card/debit card/PayPal, but will be discounted to 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM if paying with cash or a check.
NO SALES TAX will be charged to items selling in this one owner auction.

Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Cashier’s Check, or Wire Transfer. Checks over $500 must have current Bank Letter of Credit unless known by the Auction Co. Personal checks allowed for up to $500 with proper Michigan State Driver's License. No out of state checks! All Checks made payable to Albrecht Auction Service. Call the Albrecht Auction for easy wire transfer instructions. All payments must be received by July 19th unless prior arrangements have been made.
