This is an online auction held at 1401 Cleaver Rd., Caro, MI (Tuscola Co.), that begins closing on MONDAY, August 21st, at 5:00pm at a rate of 1 item every 2 minutes! This auction will feature our automatic Group Extension.

There is a 13% BUYER'S PREMIUM on this Auction when paying with a credit card/debit card/PayPal, but will be discounted to 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM if paying with cash or a check. (Which means if you bid $10 you will be paying $11).

Sales tax will not be charged on this single owner auction.

Auction company cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The auction company, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots (or the entire auction) that were affected by any malfunction or for any other reason. The decision of the auction company is final.

It is the Buyer's Responsibility to pick up their own items or make Arrangements for Hauling.

Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Michigan Check (with Driver's License), PayPal or Visa/MC/Discover. NOTE: No Credit Card payments or PayPal will be accepted on individual items selling for over $2,500.00. No out-of-state checks will be accepted. No personal checks written for over $500 will be accepted - unless the buyer is known by Albrecht Auction. Please call our office for check approval.

Payments can be called in or dropped off at our M15/State Road location beginning on Tuesday, August 22nd.  If calling in payment, please call Dylan @ 989.439.5033.  If no answer, please call the main office @ 989.823.8835.
