There will be a $5 processing fee assessed for all firearms. You must CALL AHEAD to make an appointment during checkout for any firearm purchased. You are required to bring either a trigger lock or a lockable gun case for each gun that you purchase per Michigan Firearm Transport Laws (Albrecht Auction has trigger locks available to purchase). PayPal or Authorize.net online invoice payments cannot be accepted for this item. NICS Background Check is Required at time of Pick-Up.

This auction will feature our automatic Group Extension.
There is a 13% BUYER'S PREMIUM on this Auction when paying with a credit card/debit card, but will be discounted to 10% BUYER'S PREMIUM if paying with cash or a check. (Which means if you bid $10 you will be paying $11).
A 6% Sales Tax will be added to all items purchased. If you are exempt from paying Sales Tax (farm, use, resale, etc.), you will need to fill out an Exemption Form.

FIREARM TRANSPORT LAWS: Federal and State Law Require that Firearms MUST BE Trigger-Locked or other Device Designed to Disable a Firearm and Prevent the Discharge of a Firearm OR in a Gun Case or Storage Container that can be Secured to Prevent Unauthorized Access to the Firearm when Being Transported. Please bring either a trigger lock or a secure gun case for each gun that you purchase. PayPal cannot be accepted for any Firearms or Ammunition.
