This is an online auction held at 334 Pinnebog Road, Bad Axe, MI (Huron Co.), that begins closing on Tuesday, December 14th, at 6:00pm at a rate of 2 items per minute! This auction will feature our automatic Group Extension.

10% BUYER'S PREMIUM will be added to all items purchased if you are paying by cash or check, buyer's premium becomes part of the purchase price and will be reflected on your invoice.  (Example:  If you winning bid is $10, you will be paying $11). If paying by credit card there will be a 13% BUYER'S PREMIUM.

NO SALES TAX will be charged to items selling in this one owner equipment auction.

NOTE:  Item descriptions are provided by the sellers/consignors.  If you are not able to inspect listed items during one of our regularly scheduled preview days, feel free to call or E-mail us to verify item descriptions.  All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" - Albrecht Auction Service, LLC ("Albrecht Auction").  SELLERS FURNISH ALL AUCTION ASSETS TO BUYERS "AS IS," UNSUPPORTED, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.  ALBRECHT AUCTION AND SELLER DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  Assets are sold in their actual current condition, with all faults and defects, and with all errors of description.  ALBRECHT AUCTION'S liability to a purchaser will never exceed the actual purchase price paid for an asset.  Bidders accept all auction assets "with all faults", whether or not immediately apparent.   Bidders are responsible for ascertaining actual current condition through personal inspection and careful review of the description, pictures, video and/or support documentation.  Every bidder agrees that his or her decision to bid and the amount he or she bids have been based solely on his or her own independent inspection and evaluation of the auction assets.  Bidders are strongly advised by ALBRECHT AUCTION to take care to satisfy all questions or concerns about the auction process, bidding process or auction assets before placing a bid.

Auction company cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The auction company, in its sole discretion, may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots (or the entire auction) that were affected by any malfunction or for any other reason. The decision of the auction company is final.

CHECKOUT DAY IN BAD AXE:

Thursday, December 16th.  Albrecht Auction will be at the auction site receiving payments on Thursday Only!

It is the Buyer's Responsibility to pick up their own items or make Arrangements for Hauling. Independent Haulers: RTS Trucking, Elkton, MI - (989) 269-9810 or GW Towing, Vassar, MI  - (989) 670-1249.

If you do not pick up items during checkout on Thursday, December 16th and the auction company hauls your small items to Vassar, you will be charged a minimum $5 hauling fee per lot.  If you plan to pick up your items from the owner later by appointment, you must call and make payment to Albrecht Auction before 5 p.m. on Thursday, December 16th.  Thank you.

Accepted forms of payment are Cash, Cashier’s Check, or Wire Transfer.  Checks over $500 must have current Bank Letter of Credit unless known by the Auction Co.  No out of state checks!  All payments must be received by February 25th unless prior arrangements have been made.  Albrecht Auction will be at the auction site receiving payments on Thursday from 12 to 5:30 p.m. Only!
